Return Business.

 After about a year and a half we are getting significant return business from our early clients. Below are photos from two little projects done recently at the same home as the maple bookcase job.

"Floating" shelves in the kitchen... floating because they have no visible support.

And, up in the master bedroom, matching an existing cabinet and adding doors to the original. Original cabinet on the right. New mahogany doors with metal screen panels. Tops with slate insert.

Cherry Peninsula Cabinet

Several Months ago we were asked to add a peninsula cabinet to a kitchen in a San Francisco. The clients needed additional storage space, as well as a counter/seating area for the kids. The idea was for the additional cabinet to look as original to the kitchen as possible, borrowing design details from other areas of the kitchen. The peninsula cabinet was to have a radius end panel that matched the end panel of the island, and an overhang to accommodate seating.

We built the cabinet using FSC Certified Cherry solid stock and plywood. The client had a source for the countertop stone so he took care of that end. Our finisher was able to match the color of the original cabinets based on a sample of the original finish we provided.
